- Coming on Thursday, 10-Nov-2011 (6:30-9 PM): L'Italia Selvaggia: Wild-fermented Wines from Native Italian grapes - a wine dinner at BayWolf. Give in to the exquisite disorientation of native Italian varieties, fermented only by the grapes' wild, ambient yeasts. The farmers who make these wines believe that wild fermentation is the way to let a wine truly express its place of origin. These wines are uniquely Italian in their spark, originality and deliciousness. The cost, including all food and wine, is $75 plus tax and gratuity. Make reservations with BayWolf.
