The next PMW wine dinner will take place at the Bay Wolf on Tuesday January 17 at 7:00 PM. This dinner features the wines of Burgundy. Chef Michael Wild is preparing a special prix fixe menu, and Burgundy connoisseur extraordinaire Paul Marcus is selecting the wines. Here's the menu:
